Choose your service speed
The Standard Service will provide the Apostille process completed within 10 working days and then sent back to you. If you require a faster service please select either Express (5 working days) or Urgent (1 working day) services. We offer a range of delivery options to return your document to you wherever you live. Please note that whilst we do offer free standard delivery, we would strongly advise you to choose any of the at-cost delivery options as we cannot be held liable for lost shipments where the item cannot be tracked.
Need a Replacement Certificate?
This service is only intended where you already have the document that needs legalisation. If you need a replacement certificate as well as the Apostille, you can add this as an option when you purchase a replacement certificate. To order a certificate, including apostille, choose one of the certificate categories on the left-hand side of this page. When completing the certificate order form, simply choose the appropriate apostiile option before you add the certificate to the shopping cart.
Also need Consular Legalisation?
We regularly carry out the additional process of consular legalisation on a document that has been through the UK legalisation process. As each Consulate has a different fee structure, we will obtain a quotation to carry out this work on your behalf. Timings vary, but can often be done on the same day as the UK legalisation. What is an Apostille?
Apostilles are required where an overseas authority needs to validate the authenticity of a certificate as having been legally produced in the UK. The Apostille will be added by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, which includes a raised seal from their office. The Apostille is also serial numbered which can be used to validate the Apostille's authenticity. When either the Express or Urgent options are chosen, we arrange for your certificate to be taken by hand to the Foreign & Commonwealth legalisation counter in London before it is then returned to you.
