Which records are available?
Records for copy decrees are available from 1858 for divorces registered in England or Wales, and 1830 for those registered in Scotland.
What information do I need to provide?
As a minimum, you will need to provide the name of the husband and wife, along with the required search period. It is important that the full name of both parties is provided to ensure that the correct document is provided. We also use the marriage date and court location as a mechanism to establish which is the correct document.
What optional services are available?
You can choose from three optional services with your Decree Absolute order:

- Apostille - Arrange for your document to be legalised for overseas use
