Groom's Full Name
Please provide the full name, including any middle names, of the groom.
Bride's Full Maiden Name
Please provide the bride's full maiden name, including any middle names, as it was on the day of the marriage. This will be either the bride's maiden name or previously married name.
Date of Marriage
Please provide the date of marriage as best you can. If the exact date is unknown, please provide a year and a search will be conducted 2 years either side of this date to locate the record (i.e. If 1950 is supplied, we will check from 1948-1952 inclusive).
Place of Marriage
Please provide the place of marriage as best as is known. For family history enquiries, the region of England or Wales is often sufficient.
Priority Service
Please indicate whether you require the certificate to be ready to dispatch in 8-10 working days on our standard service,or 3 working days on our priority service. For clarification, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Apostille Required
Please indicate whether you need this certificate to be certified for use overseas (legalised) by the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office, and the speed with which this service should be carried out. For more information on this service, please see our FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section.
