UK Death Certificate with Brazilian Legalisation


Choose this service to obtain an official replacement UK Death Certificate legalised by the Brazilian Consulate in London. The service includes:

  • Issue of a certified replacement death certificate 
  • Consular legalisation by the Brazilian Consulate in London

Consular fees (dispersements) are included. Brazil does not require a UK Apostille prior to legalisation, however you will need to arrange a translation in Brazil by a sworn translator after the legalisation completes.

  • Certificates are original, certified copies acceptable for all official purposes
  • Death certificates are available from July 1837 to the present day 
  • Under UK Law you can apply for any persons certificate if you know their details
  • If the death went to inquest recently, it is possible that the death will have yet to be recorded and therefore the certificate may be unavailable.
